Return Policy

To make a return, simply contact us from the contact us link. Please include your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for returning the merchandise so that we can authorize your return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request.

Order error or defect

Your items have been carefully checked and packed before leaving our warehouse. However, if we have made a mistake during preparation or if you receive a non-functional product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package and our customer service will take care of your request. Right of withdrawal If the product does not suit you, or for any other reason, please contact us from the contact us link. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with your return.

Return deadlines

It is possible to return items by post within 30 days of the date of receipt. However, for an error on our part during the processing of your order, you have 10 days from the receipt of the package to contact us and obtain the information related to the return. 

Repackaging of products

After obtaining the return agreement, you have 14 days to return the products.

In the case of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original packaging intact without having been opened, unsealed or used, and with all its accessories and documents (technical and operating instructions, original warranty labels, seals, wrist strap, etc.) so that you can benefit from the right of withdrawal, for reimbursement. When returning, you must send us a photocopy of your order or invoice with the reason for your return, on plain paper. You must also include the return number that will have been communicated to you by Klaruscanada directly on the package. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

In the event of a breakdown, if after verification by our technical department, the defect is due to improper handling by the buyer, the reshipment of the product is the buyer's responsibility. In the absence of agreement, any returned goods will be held at the buyer's disposal at his expense, risk and peril, all transport, storage and handling costs being the buyer's responsibility. Any returned product must be properly protected in order to guarantee the integrity of the product during transport. Any product damaged during transport due to poor protection of the buyer's packaging will be the buyer's responsibility. The minimum current time for an after-sales service file is 1 to 4 weeks on average. Exchange Policy

In order to facilitate the management of merchandise returns, we do not make exchanges, only returns. If you wish to exchange the items received, simply make a return and place a new order afterwards. You will be reimbursed for your return following the receipt of your items.
