Delivery

1. What is the cost of delivery?

Shipping is free for orders of $140 and more in Canada, before taxes and after discounts. For orders of $140 and less, shipping is $14.95. In some cases, products that are too large or bulky will be shipped with specialized transport and will be subject to additional charges. There may also be additional charges if the delivery address is considered a remote location. You will be contacted immediately if this is the case for your order.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery will be 1-9 business days depending on the carrier selected. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is shipped to you, so you can easily follow its progress.

3. What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Your signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present at your address upon delivery, a note will be left at your door with instructions on how to pick up your package. We strongly suggest that you have your package delivered to a location where you will be present between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Please ensure that the address is correct to avoid returns at your expense.

Warranty & Returns

1. What is the return policy?

You can return your product within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can return your products by mail at your expense. The products must be in their original condition, with all accessories, protections and original packaging as you received them. The products must not have been used or soiled.

2. How do I return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the products. If you wish to make a return by mail at your own expense, you must send an email to info@klaruscanada.com with your order number. We will send you the procedure to follow.

Orders Issues

1. Why my order still shows awaiting payment or canceled but the money was taken from my PayPal account?

We sincerely apologize if you are experiencing this issue.This can sometimes happen with the PayPal payment method.Please send us an email at info@klaruscanada.com with the PayPal transaction ID. We will ensure that the issue is quickly corrected.

2. My order has been shipped, is no longer moving or has been in transit for several days

Sorry for the inconvenience. We suggest you contact your carrier first with the tracking number. If the shipment still has no update for 3 business days, please send an email to info@klaruscanada.com with your order number and tracking number. We will take care of you.

3. Not received the order confirmation email

Thank you for your purchase

Once the order was placed successfully. Our website will automatically send out the confirmation email to the address specified in the order. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder to see if it is there. You can always reach out to our live chat or email info@klaruscanada.com with any order questions as well.

4. Missing item

1.Part of your order may be shipped separately due to inventory levels at different warehouses.

2.Our warehouse improperly packed your items.

3.The package is broken during shipping.

Please keep all labels on the package. Send the photo of the label on the package and the SKU label on the product box to our customer service: info@klaruscanada.com. We will help you resolve this incident.
