TIMES – TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number on the status of its delivery. Orders are shipped by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, depending on your choice, in order to offer you fast and efficient delivery.
Shipping Canada :
Canada Post : 1 to 9 business days (this time may be longer for remote areas)
UPS : 1 to 5 business days
Purolator : 1 to 5 business days
Shipping United States :
Canada Post : 4 to 9 business days (this time may be longer for remote areas)
UPS : 1 to 5 business days
Purolator : 1 to 8 business days
International Shipping :
Canada Post : 6 to 30 business days depending on the service
UPS : 1 to 7 business days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping Canada :
A fixed fee of $9.9 will be applied for orders with a total amount before taxes of less than $99* and less than 2 kg. When the order is more than $99 before taxes, delivery of the order will be free for the consumer.
Please note that higher shipping fees may apply in the following situations : You live in an area that the carrier considers remote or difficult to reach (Example: Magdalen Islands, Kuujjuaq). *Free shipping does not apply to oversized items and deliveries to remote areas.
Shipping United States :
A fixed fee of 14.9 $ CAD will be applied for orders with a total amount before taxes of less than 170$ CAD and less than 1 kg. When the order is more than 170$ CAD$* before taxes, delivery of the order will be free for the consumer.
Please note that higher shipping costs may apply in the following situations : You live in an area that the carrier considers remote or difficult to reach (Example: Hawaii, Alaska) *Free shipping does not apply to oversized items and deliveries to remote areas.
Orders placed outside Canada may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are the Client’s responsibility. These procedures may cause delivery delays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery service you choose.

BUSY PERIODS
Please note that during major events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc., it is possible that the processing time for orders placed online may be slightly affected.
